Accessibility Statement
We are committed to ensuring digital accessbility for our online services under the domain www.luisacerano.com in accordance with the requirements of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the underlying technical standards (in particular EN 301 549).
(1) Compliance Status
The website www.luisacerano.comis partially compliant with the BFSG requirements.
Non-accessible content
Despite continuous optimisation, some aspects of our website may not yet be fully compliant. We are working to improve these areas within the scope of our technical and economic capabilities.
Barriers due to economic unreasonableness
In addition, there are technical limitations due to the shop system used. In the following areas, adjustments are currently not possible, or possible only to a limited extent:
- In the checkout process, the technical architecture of Shopify does not allow us to make direct
accessibility changes. If we identify an accessibility issue in the checkout process, we will notify the platform operator and work to find a solution as quickly as possible. - Third-party apps that are necessary for shop functions and whose accessibility we take into account when selecting them, may have barriers in the event of system updates or dynamic content over which we have no direct influence.
Accessibility Features Available
We use the Accessibly app to support accessibility for individuals. The app provides a variety of functions via a control panel to facilitate individual use and temporarily compensate for visual barriers such as contrast and text size, e.g:
- Bigger text
- Bigger cursor
- Invert colors, adjust contrast, brightness and saturation
- Grayscale mode
- Keyboard navigation
- Reduction of visual stimuli (e.g. by hiding images)
- Reading lines and reading mask
Evaluation process
As part of a self-assessment, the accessibility of the website was checked using recognised tools, including:
- Google Lighthouse
- IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker
- Silktide Accessibility Checker
Furthermore, a manual review of selected pages and functions was conducted.
