Conditions of participation

1. Organizer
   The prize draw is organized by Luisa Cerano GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), Weberstraße 1, 72622 Nürtingen, Germany.

2. Eligibility
   All natural persons aged 18 or over are eligible to participate. Employees of Luisa Cerano GmbH & Co. KG, as well as other persons involved in the conception and implementation of the prize draw, are excluded from participation.

3. Participation Period
   The prize draw begins on September 1, 2026 and ends on September 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (CEST).

4. Conditions of Participation
   Participation is possible by subscribing to the Luisa Cerano newsletter via the link provided in the Instagram Story or in the Luisa Cerano newsletter during the aforementioned participation period. Each person may participate only once.

5. Prizes
   The prizes consist of 2 x 2 tickets to the Douglas Beauty Days.

   Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

6. Selection of Winners
   The winners will be selected at random after the end of the participation period and notified by email. If a winner does not respond to the prize notification within 4 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Data Protection
   The personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be processed for the purpose of conducting the prize draw. Where participants have consented to receive the Luisa Cerano newsletter, the data required for this purpose will also be processed for sending the newsletter. Further information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer
   The Organizer shall not be liable for technical disruptions, failures, or delays that may affect participation in the prize draw.

9. Exclusion from Participation
   The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions or if there is a suspicion of manipulation.

10. Miscellaneous
    Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. The prize draw is not affiliated with Instagram or any other social network or platform and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them.

By participating in the prize draw, participants accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
